Selling the insecticide ranges in Delhi needs a Form VI licence under the Insecticides Act, 1968, issued by the Delhi Department of Development / Agriculture through the licensing office of the NCT administration. You will need your GST registration, premises proof and the principal certificate we issue on appointment. The non-insecticide brands — Habro, Lovaire, Caesars and Gardenz — can be stocked and sold without this licence.
