Where are Goodbye products made?
Every Goodbye pest-control product is made at Dutch & Habro's manufacturing unit in Thrissur, Kerala. The plant sits in one of India's most humid, pest-active regions, so formulations are tested against the very conditions — monsoon cockroaches, coastal mosquitoes, tropical humidity — that Indian homes actually face, rather than in a dry laboratory far from real use.
What happens on the factory floor?
Production runs through defined stages, each with its own checks:
- Raw material intake: active ingredients and solvents are tested on arrival against specification before they enter the store.
- Formulation: batches are blended to CIB&RC-registered recipes under measured temperature and mixing time.
- Filling: gels go into tubes, liquids into cans and bottles, on semi-automatic lines.
- Quality control: samples from each batch are checked for active-ingredient content, seal integrity and fill weight.
- Batch coding and dispatch: every pack carries a batch number and expiry for traceability.
